Our library houses approximately 8,000+ books. The library also offers numerous children's magazines, eBooks and amazing databases.

The library is fully automated. This means it uses an on-line circulation and catalog system. The card catalog may be accessed from any classroom and even from your own home. There are 12 student Chromebooks available in the library. They all have internet access. Students may also access numerous online resources from these computers. A.J. Smith has access to amazing databases, online encyclopedias and thousands of eBooks through our catalog, as well as SORA. These online resources provide access to current information through magazines, newspapers, pictures, maps, charts, TV and radio transcripts, professional journals, electronic books and reference books.
